In order to successfully prepare your trade fair appearance, we need the following information:

Hall and stand number
desired delivery date
Your contact person, surname, first name, email, telephone, mobile
If you have booked our technical order service, we need the following information:
Do you need a water connection?
What electrical power do you need? (We calculate technical performance e.g. light)

Documents to check
After receiving and processing your information, we will create a technical construction drawing and send it to you for review. You may check the dimensions, equipment and other details. Then you give us the blueprint. Please check them carefully and conscientiously. Changes after this approval are associated with additional costs for you. If you are unsure about the colors used (e.g. flooring, cladding), etc., please request appropriate samples from us.
We have coordinated your desired delivery date with the conditions of the organizer, our internal planning and you. You will also receive the data for your contact person at the fair, who will hand over your stand to you.
A friendly MeADIM employee will greet you at the booth and familiarize you with the technology and other things on your booth. You will find out where the replacement bulbs etc. that may be required are located. After the joint inspection of the stand, your stand will be handed over. Our employee will support you with smaller tasks.
The fair is over
After the end of the fair, the employee you already know from the set-up will appear and work with you to create the return protocol.
